    Supported by Nielsen, Microsoft unveiled the first pilot Thursday on the second season of the Xbox LIVE show "1 vs. 100." The test will embed Nielsen's traditional TV and video measurement tool in the video game content to gather channel and add specific metrics that identify who played the game and viewed specific advertisements.

Web Marketer QuinStreet Files IPO
by Gavin O'Malley 
Online marketing and media services company QuinStreet plans to go public with the sale of about $250 million in common stock, it revealed in a regulatory filing late last week. Credit Suisse Securities LLC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are managing and underwriting the offering, according to QuinStreet, while Qatalyst Partners is acting as a financial advisor.
