Deutsch has promoted eight to vice presidents. JONATHAN BRODER was promoted to vice president, director of operations, office services; COURTNEY BURKE was named vice president, associate director, media buying; SUE CLERKIN was elevated to vice president, regional finance director, accounting; FELICIA GEIGER was promoted to vice president, associate director, human resources; MZ GOODMAN was upped to vice president, associate director, iDeutsch production; JENNIFER KARMON was named vice president, account director, iDeutsch account management; TYLER MONTAGUE was promoted to vice president, account director, account management; and MARK ROSSETTI was named vice president, account director, account management.

TARA GREELEY and JONATHAN PENN have joined the revenue management team at Revenue Science.

Fandango has promoted TED HONG to vice president of marketing and product development.

KERRY FEUERMAN was named creative director for Fallon Minneapolis. Most recently, Feuerman was executive vice president and group creative director at Leo Burnett USA. Prior to that, he was vice chairman/partner/group creative director at The Martin Agency. 

Isobar has promoted GORDY ABEL to vice president of marketing for the Carat Fusion and Freestyle Interactive agencies. Abel is responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy and day-to-day management of both brands. Abel previously served as Carat Fusion’s National Director of Marketing.

Toy NY has named JENNA MORAN as director of client services. She was most recently vice president of the Brand First division of The Martin Agency. In addition, JUSTIN GIGNAC was named as an art director.

V12 Group has appointed ANTHONY AQUINO as president of its insert media services group, replacing NICK MENDOLIA.

MARK WILLIAMS has been named creative director, on-air for Sundance Channel. Williams comes to Sundance Channel from Court TV, where he was creative director for the past two years.

JEFF BUZBY has joined interactive marketing firm, The Booyah Agency. He most recently managed co-registration and other online marketing projects at Response Media.

Bankrate has named JOHN HARVEY as vice president of sales development, a newly created position.

Cottage Living magazine has tapped SHEILA MAHONY as its director of brand strategy. Mahony previously served in several leading sales and marketing roles at Time Inc., including group sales development director for corporate sales and marketing, marketing director for Time Inc. Women's Group and sales development director for Real Simple.

Draft Chicago has united its account groups under one account services umbrella and is formally expanding its retail and promotion capabilities globally. WILLIAM GORSKI, currently executive vice president and head of direct marketing at the agency, has been elevated to chief account services officer. TINA MANIKAS, executive vice president and director of retail and promotions, has been named chief global retail & promotion marketing officer.

Screenvision has promoted JASON BROWN to executive vice president of national and regional advertising sales. Brown develops sales strategy and manages sales teams in the firm's New York, Los Angeles, Detroit, Kansas City, and Chicago offices. Prior to joining Screenvision, he was the national sales manager at Discovery Networks, where he supervised advertising sales across Discovery's cable networks.

RICHARD B. WARD has been named president and chief executive officer of WestWayne. Ward succeeds JEFF JOHNSON, who left the agency in 2005. Most recently, Ward was a consultant to a variety of online companies, including eBay’s Strategic Partnership Group.

The International Advertising Association in New York has elected ANDREW MCLEAN as its Chapter President for the 2005 – 2007 term. Andrew, chief client officer at GroupM’s Mediaedge:cia, replaces MARK INGALL, who led the office for four years.

The Bravo Group has promoted MICHAEL PARKER to vice president, director of business management. Most recently, Parker had been the associate director of the print production department. TRACY DECKER was promoted to vice president, media director and will be expanding her responsibilities to include oversight of the entire Bravo media department. ANA FRANCO, who joins The Bravo Group from MosaicaMD, has been appointed group account director on Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and AstraZeneca. Lastly, MARK RUKMAN joins the company as strategic planner on Miller Lite, various Kraft brands and Sears.

Ryan iDirect has launched Ryan TrueHealth, a practice dedicated to direct and interactive marketing for healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. ALFRED O’NEILL, who joined the agency last October, will lead the practice.

MSNBC.com has named RANDY STEARNS as deputy editor, east coast. He will supervise MSNBC.com's editorial organizations on the East Coast and oversee the site's online video operation. He joins MSNBC.com from ABCNews.com where he has held editorial and management positions over the past eight years, most recently executive director of product development and strategy.

Seed Media Group has named DEAN DANIELS as its chief operating officer. He was formerly a senior vice president at Gartner.

SFGT has hired KELLY BARNES as an account executive working on the Sunoco account.

Scholastic Parent & Child magazine has named RISA CRANDALL as publisher and LISA VALIANI as advertising director. Most recently, Crandall was the director of business development for Conde Nast Bridal Group and Valiani was Midwest manager of MidWest Living magazine.

Agency.com has named DAVID EASTMAN, managing director of Agency.com's London office, as chief executive officer. In addition, DAVE JOHNSON, managing partner of Agency.com's Chicago office, was named president of Agency.com North America. Co-founder CHAN SUH will remain as chairman. The men replace former president and CEO DON SCALES, who left the company.

Horizon Media has launched a Print Services Group that will be led by Horizon vice president, director of print services DEBBIE SKLAR. She previously served as group planning supervisor.

DEE MC LAUGHLIN has been promoted to director of brand marketing at Virgin. In addition, WAYNE SCHOLES was hired as director of strategic marketing. Prior to her promotion McLaughlin was senior manager, creative & content for Virgin. In her new role McLaughlin will be responsible for all of the brands communications offline and online.

Fogarty Klein Monroe has named VALERIE MOORE senior vice president of client development and DARLENE ASHLEY as senior vice president and account director for Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits.

CARLOS AGUERO has been named creative director for NFL Network. Aguero will be responsible for the on-air look and graphics packages for all NFL Network programming. Most recently, Aguero was creative director for Fox Network Broadcasting.

DIC has named KAAREN LEE BROWN senior vice president of creative affairs. Brown will oversee all aspects of programming for the new branded CBS and DIC Saturday morning kids’ programming block.

GenieKnows.com, a Canadian search company, has appointed TIFFANY MITCHELL as director of business development and named GINA KOSTA as consultant. The company has also promoted MARK HARPER to vice president of strategic relations.

STEVE HARRISON has expanded his role at Wunderman. He will now serve as creative director and chairman, Wunderman UK and worldwide creative director. Harrison’s initial focus will be the internal reorganization of the UK office. Harrison previously served as managing director and creative partner of Harrison Troughton Wunderman (HTW) in London.

The J. Brown Agency has promoted VINCE WEINER to executive vice president of business development. Weiner was president of J. Brown’s Stamford office, and will be succeeded by MIKE SCHEINER and SUSAN ARDITI, who were named as managing directors.
