ReelzChannel, a new network all about movies, has named IAN VALENTINE as senior vice president, MICHELLE HOLT as vice president production; and PAUL HADDAD was tapped as director of development & acquisitions.

Scripps Emerging Networks Group has named three new directors to its DIY and FINE LIVING Networks. Joining Fine Living is MARK FREEMAN as director of programming and GREG STROUD as creative director. DIY Network has named MICHAEL WINTER as director of programming.

ERIC LIVINGSTON has joined Avenue A | Razorfish as creative director. Livingston will oversee creative development of key accounts in the Central region. Most recently, Livingston was vice president - digital creative director for Young & Rubicam Brands/Wunderman in Dearborn, Mich.

GREGORY G. COLEMAN, executive vice president, global advertising sales at Yahoo! and JOHN Q. GRIFFIN, vice president of the National Geographic Society and Magazine Group president have been named to Guideposts' board of trustees.

Hill Holliday has named NANCY HARHUT and MARK MYLAN as managing directors of the agency's Relationship Marketing division in Boston, which includes both direct marketing and database & analytics. Harhut has been with the agency for more than two years, serving as executive creative director for the agency's direct marketing group. Mylan has worked at Hill Holliday for almost seven years, serving as director of client service for direct marketing and strategy.

MEREDITH STARK has been named vice president and executive producer, CNBC.com. She joins CNBC from Gartner, where she served as group vice president, product platforms, responsible for all digital platforms delivering Gartner research.

RICHARD JOHNSON has been named director of west coast sales at WeatherBug. Johnson will manage the western region's online advertising sales and marketing operations. Prior to joining WeatherBug, Johnson was regional sales director at ValueClick Media where he managed the Midwest and key strategic agencies and client accounts on the west coast.

LAURA BEATTY has joined HELIO as director, online marketing. Most recently, Beatty was a marketing strategist for Sapient.

DENISE WANDERLINGH has been named director of creative marketing for Better Homes and Gardens magazine. Most recently, she served as creative services director at Lucky magazine.

ZenithOptimedia appointed ANTONY YOUNG president of Optimedia US. Young, previously CEO of ZenithOptimedia UK Group, succeeds MIKE DREXLER, who is retiring. Young will transfer from London to New York and will be replaced by GERRY BOYLE, previously managing director of ZenithOptimedia UK Group.

BRETT WILSON was named associate publisher/North America for TIME Magazine. Wilson replaces MATTHEW TURCK, who is leaving TIME to become publisher of This Old House Ventures, a unit of Time Inc.'s Time4 Media. Most recently, Wilson was group associate publisher at the Time Inc. Business and Finance Network, which includes Fortune, Money, Business 2.0 and Fortune Small Business.

KIRK IWANOWSKI has been promoted to executive vice president marketing, branded entertainment & sponsorship for the Sundance Channel.

TAXI has launched an additional office in Toronto, aptly named TAXI II. LANCE MARTIN will move from TAXI to TAXI II to lead the new agency as its creative director. TAXI II is slated to open on September 1.

ABC News Radio has promoted HEIDI ORINGER to executive director of entertainment programming. Previously, Oringer served as director of entertainment news.

JULIE URIBE has been promoted to senior vice president of development at FremantleMedia North America. Formerly vice president of development, Uribe joined the company following her role as executive vice president of development at Arden Entertainment.

MEC Interaction has promoted associate director JENNIFER BORENSTEIN to director, strategy and insights across North America, replacing GREG ROGERS. In addition, ADAM SHLACHTER was named partner, group media director, charged with leading the development of MEC Interaction's online retail activation practice. The agency also named JENNIFER RODRIGUEZ as senior broadcast buyer, ERIC MELCHOR as senior analyst and PEGGY HSU as senior analyst.

SUE PICARD was named Midwest and west coast sales director at BabyZone.com.

DAVID MURNICK recently joined Time Warner's Time Inc. Interactive division as director of ad operations. Murnick joins the company from CBS Digital Media where he most recently served as director of ad operations/client services.

DANIELLE GONZALES has been promoted to senior vice president of Tapestry, the multicultural division of Starcom MediaVest Group. She will continue to serve as director of investment and operations at the agency.

Discovery Communications has promoted SCOTT KOHN to vice president, Midwest sales region, and JILL BUZAS to director, Midwest sales region, advertising sales. Previously, Kohn served as vice president, southeast sales region, and Buzas served as account executive, Midwest sales region.

Radiance Technologies has named KAY KIENAST chief marketing officer, MIKE CASTLE vice president of business development, and MIKE CATALANO vice president of engineering.

Klipmart Corporation has opened an office in London to be helmed by BECCA RATCLIFFE, who worked at Klipmart in New York several years ago and recently left Grey London where she served as account manager.

BILL BINAN has joined AllBusiness.com as eastern sales director. Binan joins the company from Vibrant Media where he was senior sales manager. ANNE MARIE ST. JOHN-BROOKS has been named western sales director.

STEVE HORN has been named central region sales manager at Mountain Sports Media. Most recently, Horn served as a sales executive for MNI Time Inc. Prior to that, he was a national sales executive for USA Today.

GINA BARRON has been promoted to vice president of client development at MoreVisibility.

TBWA Worldwide has opened a Media Arts Lab. The new group will be led by JAMES VINCENT as president and DUNCAN MILNER as executive creative director.
