Los Angeles-based marketing company ViSalus last week announced that it will pay a $22 million cash dividend to its shareholders. Ryan Blair, CEO of ViSalus, stated, "Our earnings performance and cash generation in excess of our working capital requirements offer us the flexibility to invest in our long-term infrastructure needs and also return a cash dividend to our shareholders."
Orange County-based Mega World Media was this week hired by Vizstar, an organic cosmetic, wellness, and skincare aggregator. MWM has already developed a “new ecommerce portal” for Vizstar through KimberlyParry.com, according to the release. Travis Cloyd, CEO of MWM, said in a statement, “We are excited to work with Vizstar and Kimberly Parry because of their amazing reputation.” Kimberly Parry had similar praise for MWM, calling them “innovative with today’s online marketing strategies” in the statement.
