  • Sirius Calls 3 Million A Subscriber Milestone -- Seriously!

    Satellite radio broadcaster Sirius got a nice present this holiday season, setting a new subscriber milestone, but it still wasn't enough to overstuff anyone's media stockings. Sirius this morning crowed that it has signed up its 3 millionth subscriber.   • Pontiac Drives 'Survivor' Plug, Other Product Placements

    The December 8th episode of CBS' "Survivor" tried to break "the curse of the car" (over ten "Survivor" seasons, no one has won the car and gone on to win the $1 million dollars) by giving Reward Challenge winner, Cindy, the opportunity to give up her prize--a Pontiac Torrent--so the remaining survivors would each get one.
