Dow Jones claimed 811,000 paid subscribers to The Wall Street Journal's Web site during the fourth quarter, marking a 5.6% increase from last year, the company reported Thursday. Overall, revenue surged 6.1% to $485.4 million, while profits rose to $192.9 million, or $2.30 a share for the quarter--up 49 cents year-over-year.
