Photographer Daniel Morel did not grant media companies a blanket license to publish his pictures of the earthquake in Haiti by linking to them on Twitter, a court has ruled. "Facebook" topped the list for the second year running, and "Facebook Login" moved up from No. 9 to No. 2.
