Detmer previously was President of the company's Technology Solutions division.

    LEE WINIKOFF, JOHN WAHLBERT, and STEVE HENDERSON have new positions at Katz Media's Millennium Sales and Marketing. Winikoff has been promoted from Divisional VP/Director of Sales in the LA office to Western Regional VP/Director of Sales and Marketing. Wahlbert has been promoted to VP/General Sales Manager from Sales Manager. Henderson has been promoted to Central Regional VP from VP/General Manager.

    CHERIE FAIRCLOTH has moved to Metropolis Advertising and Design, Inc., Orlando as VP Media Services. She was formerly employed as VP Media Director at HMS/Hallmark, Orlando.

    NANCIE S. MARTIN has been named Sr. VP, New Media of The WB. Previously, Martin was President of PlanetGirl.com, an online network for teen girls.

    BILL BUCK has been named Executive VP, Sales and Marketing at AFM Advertising Inc. Buck joins AFM after more than six years with Animation Magazine, most recently serving as its President and Publisher.

    STEPHANIE NIVINSKUS has joined indiqu in San Diego as Loyalty and Affinity Program Manager. Prior to joining indiqu, Nivinskus was the Marketing Manager for sandiegoinsider.com, a Cox Interactive Media website.

    JEFF BANDER, former Director of Sales of Cox Interactive is now the Director of Sales of the South East for WorldNow.com out of NY.

    STEVE CASTILLO joins Latino Midwest News. Steve has assumed the position of Director of Marketing and Sales for this bilingual publication, and brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the Hispanic Market in the Midwest.

    REKHA ROHILA and NOELLE JOSWICK have joined The Frederiksen Group as Media Buyers. Rohila is a direct response media veteran having worked as a buyer at Williams Television, DeFalco West and TMT Media. Joswick joins The Frederiksen Group with an extensive background in media, having worked in broadcasting.

    NEIL L. GOLDSTEIN has been named advertising director of Premiere magazine. Goldstein most recently served as national advertising manager of Modern Bride.

    NICHOLAS M. RICCI has been named VP of Interactive Sales of Hachette Filipacchi New Media. Most recently, Ricci served as Director of Sales for the online division of Cox Interactive Sales.

    DRU WARNER has been promoted to Marketing Director, a new position at Worth magazine. Warner most recently served as Marketing Manager at Worth.
