  • EyeWonder has named DAVID BRECKLING, the company’s president and co-founder, as chief executive officer. Breckling succeeds former CEO and fellow co-founder JOHN VINCENT. Vincent will serve as CEO of the newly-formed Voyant Media Group, a media planning and buying company. He will continue to act as a member of EyeWonder’s board of directors.

  • OgilvyOne, San Francisco, has hired ARTHUR CERIA as executive creative director. Ceria joins the agency from Euro RSCG Worldwide, New York, where he spent the past four years as executive creative director for integrated communications working on such brands as Volvo, MCI, Intel, Evian, and Polaroid.

  • Nielsen Media Research has promoted three executives. SARA ERICHSON has been promoted to general manager in charge of all of Nielsen’s national television audience measurement services. Erichson has been senior vice president, sales and marketing, national services, since February 2003. Erichson succeeds DAVE THOMAS, newly appointed senior vice president, strategy and business development; and SCOTT SPRINGER, newly appointed general manager of operations.

  • Young & Rubicam Brands have named MICHAEL PRIEVE as executive creative director at the Southern California office. He joins Young & Rubicam Brands from FCB San Francisco, where he held the same job title. Prieve will direct creative teams across the agency’s roster of clients, including Land Rover, Sony Electronics, Mattel, Jaguar, and Callaway Golf.

  • Bigfoot Interactive has named JORDAN COHEN to the newly created position of director of ISP and government relations. Cohen will focus on deliverability optimization initiatives for Bigfoot Interactive’s client base. He joins Bigfoot Interactive from the Direct Marketing Association where he managed public policy and served as a spokesperson on a variety of direct and interactive marketing issues.

  • The Los Angeles office of Deutsch has named four senior vice presidents and four vice presidents. The four senior vice presidents are: NANCY ALLEY, senior vice president, director of human resources; MATT JARVIS, senior vice president, account planner; CECILIA LEE, senior vice president, regional finance director; and ROSS PATRICK, senior vice president, design director, designDeutsch. The four vice presidents are: JASON ELM, vice president, associate creative director; ERIC KOEHLER, vice president, account director; KAREN KOHN, vice president, traffic supervisor; and TODD LOMBARDO, vice president, account director, iDeutsch.

  • PATRICK COLLINS joins Ogilvy Chicago as senior partner, worldwide client service director overseeing the agency’s global BP account. Collins worked for M&C Saatchi in New York and London as client service director on the global British Airways business.

  • JAYNE MCMAHON (pictured) has joined Horizon Media as senior vice president, director of local broadcast in New York. McMahon replaces LOURDES MARQUEZ, who moved to Orlando to launch Horizon’s new office. The agency also promoted ERIC BLANKFEIN to senior vice president, director of communication channel planning from vice president, director of media planning.

  • J. Walter Thompson Worldwide has announced a global rollout of its strategic customer relationship marketing operation, rmg:connect. Effective Jan. 1, PHILIP GREENFIELD becomes CEO of rmg:connect global network. He will remain CEO of OgilvyOne Europe until year's end.

  • SUZANNE WELLING has been promoted from senior vice president, director of finance and business planning to executive vice president, chief financial officer of Draft. Welling joined Draft in 2000 as senior vice president, director of planning and acquisitions. She was promoted to senior vice president, director of finance and business planning in 2003.

  • E-mail solutions provider Quris has named CHRISTOPHER C. NELSON as managing director to head up Charles Schwab & Co. Additionally, the company has hired KEVIN GEORGE as chief operating officer. George joins Quris from Silverpop Systems, where he served as vice president of operations.

  • PAOLA FRECCERO,Sundance Channel's senior vice president of film programming is departing the network to become an independent consultant specializing in business development projects in the entertainment industry. She remains at Sundance Channel though the end of the year. Her position will be filled in the interim by CHRISTIAN VESPER, vice president acquisitions, Sundance Channel Entertainment.

  • Moxie Interactive has promoted JOEL LUNENFELD to vice president, media services. Previously, he held the position of director of media services. Prior to joining Moxie Interactive, Lunenfeld was a senior media consultant with 360i.com.

  • United Virtualities has promoted SCOTT KURTTILA from business development manager to head of business development. Prior to joining United Virtualities, Kurttila worked in the Internet industry for seven years at various companies including Amazon.com.

  • People magazine has promoted LARRY HACKETT and PETER CASTRO to deputy managing editor and executive editor respectively. Hackett joined People in 1998 as a senior editor and most recently served as an executive editor. Castro, who was named an assistant managing editor in 2001, joined People as a writer for the Chatter column.

  • BIFF BURNS, vice president of marketing for BURST! Media, has been selected to join the board of directors of The Boston Ad Club.

  • DOMINIC S. AINSCOUGH has been named director of business development for PARADE Publications. Ainscough will be responsible for the strategic development of advertising, marketing, and research programs for PARADE. Most recently, he was senior analyst at The Yankee Group in Boston, focusing on media and entertainment strategies.

  • EDGAR Online, a global business and financial information provider, has appointed MORTON MACKOF to the position of executive vice president of sales. Mackof will lead the sales of subscriptions to the company's desktop products, EDGAR Online Pro and EDGAR Online Access. Prior to joining EDGAR Online, Mackof worked as an independent consultant specializing in business development to companies in the Internet field, including EDGAR Online.

  • Navigame, a New York-based marketing firm that helps introduce consumer brand companies to the video game audience, has appointed ALEX KAKOYIANNIS to the position of managing partner. Before joining Navigame, Kakoyiannis was founder and president of Washroom Inc., a consulting firm.

  • Atlanta-based Studiocom has hired PATRICIA CAMDEN to serve as vice president of business development. Camden will oversee account growth, new business development, strategic alliances, and lead generation programs and initiatives. Recently, she worked as managing director of North American business development for Proxicom/Dimension Data were she was responsible for all new business efforts and worked with clients including Dupont, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Comcast, Imerys, and Kraft Foods.

  • Bauer Advertising Sales has named MAUREEN SIMONELLI corporate research director. Simonelli is responsible for all industry analysis of syndicated and proprietary research for Bauer Advertising Sales. Previously, she was head of Medizine’s Corporate Research Department.

  • Entrepreneur Media has named DEBRA DONOVAN Western ad director. Donovan will be responsible for selling integrated advertising programs on the West Coast for both Entrepreneur magazine and Entrepreneur.com. Previously, Donovan was director of advertising sales for Guru Inc., where she oversaw advertising revenue for the Guru website.

  • Zunch Communications has named ALAN BUEHLER chief financial officer.
