The J. Brown Agency has promoted VINCE WEINER to executive vice president of business development. Weiner was president of J. Brown’s Stamford office, and will be succeeded by MIKE SCHEINER and SUSAN ARDITI, who were named as managing directors.
RICHARD B. WARD has been named president and chief executive officer of WestWayne. Ward succeeds JEFF JOHNSON, who left the agency in 2005. Most recently, Ward was a consultant to a variety of online companies, including eBay’s Strategic Partnership Group.
