Kauders comes to Real Simple after nine years as beauty and fashion director at Martha Stewart Living. MELISSA POST has been named executive fashion director for Real Simple. Post comes to Real Simple from Fairchild, where she worked for seven years at Women’s Wear Daily. ILENE SAUL-RICHARDSON has been named executive producer of Real Simple, the weekly half-hour life-strategies show on PBS. Richardson oversees all of the creative and logistical elements of the show’s production. Prior to joining Real Simple, Richardson worked on the Audi A3 viral marketing campaign, managing film, event and web production.
