  • Fox Associates appointed BILL COFFEE as senior vice president/director of B2B publications and JACK SACKLEY as senior vice president/director of consumer publications.


  • Publicis Worldwide named PABLO GLASER as senior vice president, Latin America, for Publicis. In this new role, Glaser will be responsible for Publicis Worldwide's multinational accounts, including the recently won Citibank and Oral B. Glaser joins the agency from JWT in London where he was global business director for the Global Nestle account.


  • Cheil Worldwide hired JAMES SCANLON as associate creative director.

  • Euro RSCG Chicago has named JOHN MINNEC executive director. Minnec will assume some of the agency management responsibilities formerly held by ZAIN RAJ, who was recently promoted to CEO of Euro RSCG Discovery. Minnec most recently served as president of Draftfcb London where he was responsible for overall operations and client services for the office.
