Organic elevated Keith Pine to chief delivery officer, a new position created to strengthen the client service and delivery teams. Pine previously held the title of senior vice president, head of delivery management. In addition, Audrey Melofchik, general manager of Organic's New York office, was promoted to executive vice president, client services. Pine and Melofchik will report to Organic CEO, David Shulman. "Keith is a driving force within our executive team, who challenges his colleagues in healthy ways and has streamlined the agency's delivery operations while driving the quality of our output," said Shulman. "Audrey has done a terrific job managing our New York team and nurturing key client relationships over the years, and we are excited to see her continue to extend her leadership and impact." While working across healthcare, CPG, automotive and telecommunications verticals, Pine has implemented website, mobile, ecommerce, social and online advertising solutions for Organic's largest clients. Melofchik joined Organic in 2011, and in February 2013, she took on the added responsibility of managing Organic New York. With her promotion, Melofchik will lead Organic New York with a focus on continued growth across the office's client portfolio.
Ansible, the full-service mobile agency of IPG Mediabrands, hired Maile Krauss as director, client relations and business development, North America. In her new role, she will be responsible for client service excellence, as well as deepening existing relationships with clients and partners while driving new business growth. Krauss will be based in both San Francisco and New York. Krauss joins Ansible from AOL where she served as director, mobile monetization for the past two years. While there, she led mobile education, adoption and revenue across properties such as Huffington Post, TechCrunch, Engadget, and Moviefone. Prior to that, Krauss served as an account executive for WPP's AKQA, where she was the primary point of contact for mobile innovation, driving strategies for clients including Audi, Xbox, Nike, Target, USPS and Visa. TBWA promoted Luke Eid to global innovation director at TBWA Worldwide. Eid has been with the TBWA network for six years, starting at Whybin\TBWA Australia and then most recently at TBWA Hong Kong where he held the role of managing partner. While in Hong Kong, Eid launched TBWA\Digital Arts Network's first specialized social media offering in Asia. As global innovation director, a new role at the network, he will be collaborating with Nissan United to lead the brand's development in digital. In addition, Juuso Myllyrinne was named global strategy director for TBWA\Digital Arts Network, in addition to his leadership of Pilot, TBWA's product design and development incubator. Myllyrinne will work with Stuart Sproule, president of Digital Art Network, overseeing creative technology within the network and working as a senior strategy lead on key global clients. Juuso previously served as executive director of digital strategy for TBWA\Chiat\Day New York. Jamie McGarry was named vice president, director of business development at DDB Chicago. In her new role, McGarry will be responsible for pursuing new business with a focused, strategic approach to growth for the agency. She will report to Paul Gunning, chief executive officer of DDB Chicago. McGarry joins DDB from O'Keefe Reinhard & Paul (OKRP), where she was responsible for building the start-up agency's brand roster by winning and onboarding clients including Big Lots, Orbitz and Turtle Wax. Prior to that, she spent more than 10 years at FCB Chicago. McGarry is part of a new executive team at DDB Chicago. Her announcement follows the appointment of Paul Gunning as chief executive officer and John Maxham as chief creative officer.
Randy Kilgore was named president of national sales at Gannett. Kilgore will be based in NYC, overseeing sales for USA TODAY, Gannett Digital and U.S. Community Publishing's national efforts.
