  • Nick Moore
    ROAR
    Nick Moore joined ROAR, a Publicis Groupe agency comprised of employees from the digital resources within Publicis Groupe, as executive creative director. Most recently, Moore was chief creative officer position at Wunderman New York, where he led a team creating campaigns for clients like Citibank, Coca Cola, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Levi's, Nokia, Range Rover and Reebok. Prior to that, he worked as creative director for TBWA \ GGT and Proximity London. "This is ROAR's first hire of consequence from outside the Publicis Groupe and is truly a defining role," said Sean Reardon, President of ROAR. "Nick's vast experience and proven successes will galvanize and guide both the creative team and the rest of the agency as we grow." Adds Moore: "We all know that the digital landscape is changing faster and faster. Agencies are having a hard time adapting and keeping up. ROAR is a new concept with a mix of skills and experience that will allow us to create in new and powerful ways.     Code and Theory
    Code and Theory tapped John Long as group creative director. Long joins the agency from Huge, where he led the DICK'S Sporting Goods, TD Ameritrade, Nestle, and Pizza Hut accounts. He'll join the creative leadership team for the agency's Brand Design Group, which serves as digital agency of record for clients like Burger King, Dr Pepper Snapple Group and Maybelline New York. In addition to his time spent at Huge, Long held creative roles at McGarrah Jessee and Y&R Austin. "John adds strong leadership to a core focus of ours: storytelling across platforms" said Steve Baer, Managing Partner at Code and Theory. "We've built a truly integrated creative culture here at Code and Theory, and are thrilled for him to join us as we take it to the next level."
  • Corinna Falusi
    Ogilvy & Mather New York
    Ogilvy & Mather New York promoted Corinna Falusi from executive creative director to chief creative officer. Falusi will report to Chris Garbutt, chief creative officer and partner closely with Adam Tucker, president, O&M Advertising New York. In her time at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising New York, Falusi has led work on Coca-Cola, Fanta, Ikea, Spotify, and most recently, Coke Zero. In addition to her new responsibilities, she will continue to lead the Coca-Cola and Ikea business. Falusi began her career working at Jung von Matt in Germany and StawberryFrog, in both Amsterdam and in New York where she led efforts for the launch of a number of Frito Lay brands as well as the global digital Pampers account and worldwide launch campaigns for Heineken and New Balance. "Corinna was an obvious choice when deciding our new creative leadership structure within Ogilvy New York," said Garbutt. "She has the ability to inspire her teams and always delivers nothing but the best creative product. Most importantly, she is universally respected by our agency and our clients. I have no doubt that Corinna will raise the creative bar of O&M Advertising."

    Leo Burnett Chicago named Nancy Hannon as executive vice president, executive creative director to manage creative teams behind Kraft brands including Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Crystal Light and Breakstone's as well as Kellogg's Special K. Hannon joins Leo Burnett from EnergyBBDO where she was executive vice president, executive creative director overseeing Quaker and vitamin brands like Flintstone's, Citracal and One a Day. Prior to EnergyBBDO, Hannon spent time at The Martin Agency, DDB and Y&R. "Nancy is known as a leader in portraying women in advertising with attitude, intelligence and depth. We welcome her contributions and leadership in this space," said Susan Credle, Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett USA.

    Giant Spoon promoted Jon Michael Herrmann to director, strategy, up from from senior strategist. Herrmann joined Giant Spoon last year, driving strategy and execution across NBCUniversal, Lionsgate Films and HP accounts. Prior to joining Giant Spoon, he was a planner for TBWA\Chiat\Day\Media Arts Lab. In addition, Corbin Brown was elevated from project manager to strategist. Brown was the first hire made by the founders of Giant Spoon in January, 2014. Brown has contributed to the development of strategy and marketing ideas for clients such as Cole Haan, GE, Lincoln Motor Company and Keek, while also leading the creation of several Giant Spoon marketing intelligence projects. He previously served as a media planner at Horizon Media.

    Kevin Reilly, the new president of TBS and TNT and chief creative officer of Turner Entertainment, has split the networks' original programming team into two separate units and set the leadership to oversee an aggressive original programming slate at both networks. Sandra Dewey, who will continue to oversee business affairs for the networks, is being elevated to president, TNT and TBS Productions and business affairs and will be responsible for running the expanded in-house production arm supplying the two networks. Reilly also hired Sarah Aubrey to serve as executive vice president of original programming for TNT and promoted Turner Broadcasting's Brett Weitz to executive vice president of original programming for TBS.
