    BBDO New York promoted Danilo Boer from senior creative director to head of art and design, a new position. Boer will report to Greg Hahn, chief creative officer of BBDO New York New York and David Lubars, chief creative officer of BBDO Worldwide. He joined BBDO New York in 2009 as an art director. During this time, he created award-winning work for clients such as AT&T, Foot Locker, Guinness, Mountain Dew and Visa. Prior to BBDO New York, Boer worked at Almap BBDO in Brazil, on clients like Pepsi, Volkswagen, Havaianas, Getty Images and Billboard Magazine. "Anybody who has worked with Danilo knows that he is a creator with impeccable taste, unbridled enthusiasm and a gift for elevating the work," said Hahn. "He'll be doing what he's been doing since he started here -- we're just making it official."

    Pereira & O'Dell promoted Jonathan Woytek to executive creative director to oversee west coast clients such as Skype, Intel, Coca-Cola Latin America, 1-800-Contacts and Ad Council. Woytek joined the agency in 2010 creating Skype's "Stay Together" campaign and the Lego/DC Super Hero Movie Maker app. "From day one, Jonathan has been creating amazing work at Pereira & O&'Dell.     Leo Burnett Group tapped Bob Raidt as global president of Arc, the brand activation agency within Leo Burnett. Raidt will oversee business strategy and operations in the U.S. and globally with a focus on building the capability, connectivity and performance of the agency's Arc network. Throughout Raidt's nearly 20-years at Leo Burnett, he has worked on clients like McDonald's, P&G and Coca-Cola, where he collaborated closely with Arc. Since 2013, he has served as worldwide account director for Leo Burnett's Samsung business. In 2014, Raidt led Leo Burnett to retain its global agency of record status in Samsung's global agency pitch. Raidt will be based in Chicago. "Bob is not only one of our agency's most senior global account leaders, but also one of our most skilled, proven champions for the creative product as a business driver," said Tom Bernardin, CEO, Leo Burnett Worldwide.     Deutsch LA hired Duncan Houldsworth as executive vice president, executive director of data strategy. He reports to Kyle Acquistapace, partner and director of media and data strategy at Deutsch LA. Houldsworth will lead Deutsch LA's data strategy and analytics team, working across all clients on the agency's roster, including Sprint, VW, and Taco Bell. Before joining Deutsch, Houldsworth was a market research and strategic insights consultant, working with Fortune 100 companies in financial services, media, and telecommunications. Prior to that, he spent three years at Time Warner Cable as vice president, marketing insights, where he led the company's cross-functional analytics and competitive intelligence team. He has also served as the global head of analytics at Hall & Partners USA, where he developed complex analytical solutions for Samsung Mobile, Microsoft Bing, and Xbox/Kinect. "Duncan is incredibly unique among analytics people," said Acquistapace. "His background spans from hard-core modeling and business intelligence to more general market research. He has an amazingly broad view of the business -- yet he can also get under the hood of advanced analytics."

She has worked on Coca-Cola, McDonald's, HP, Delta Airlines, P&G, Unilever and General Mills, among other brands. In addition to Saatchi & Saatchi, she has worked for Ogilvy, JWT and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. "We have admired Lea's work for some time, from her recent Tina Fey work for American Express to her earlier amazing campaign for Macy's.
