    Following the agency's recent win as lead global creative agency for Johnnie Walker, Anomaly Amsterdam bolstered its senior creative team, hiring Martin Peters Ginsborg and Lars Jorgensen as partners and executive creative directors, working alongside Anomaly Amsterdam's current partners, CEO Hazelle Klonhammer and chief strategy officer Amanda Feve. Most recently, the pair worked for Anomaly New York, Grey, Mcgarrybowen, Mullen and Saatchi & Saatchi, working on global brands like Johnnie Walker, Budweiser, NFL, Marriott, Verizon, Captain Morgan, The Wall Street Journal and Reebok. "I've spent a good part of the last two years working with Martin and Lars. And I've found myself missing them when they are not around," said Mike Byrne, founding partner & global chief creative officer of Anomaly. "They have this infectious creative energy that is quite addictive. On top of it they are wonderful human beings. They're like the perfect sandwich. I can't wait to see what happens in Amsterdam and beyond."

    David&Goliath promoted Seema Miller to managing partner, chief strategy officer, up from executive director, head of planning. Miller will continue to report to David Angelo, Founder and Chairman of D&G, and be responsible for leading strategic insights across the agency's roster of clients and new business. Since joining the agency in 2013, Miller's key areas of focus include Kia Motors, driving the agency's new business, and building new clients like Coca-Cola's ZICO Coconut Water, hamburger chain Jack in the Box and project work for LG Mobile. Prior to D&G, Miller was a part of the brand transformation team at JC Penney, where she served as head of strategic insights. Most of her nearly 20-year career was spent at Wieden+Kennedy and Leo Burnett. "I've always believed that an effective strategy is the blueprint to unlocking greatness," said Angelo. "Seema is the perfect example of someone who not only understands the importance of strategy but also has the unique ability to bring it to life across all facets of our clients' brands, as well as our own.     Rhea + Kaiser hired Martyn Dean as senior vice president, executive creative director. A native of England, Dean began his career in London as an art director with Cogent Elliot and AMV BBDO before becoming a creative director at agencies such as EuroRSCG London and OgilvyOne Worldwide. He moved to Chicago in 2001 and held group creative director positions with OgilvyOne Worldwide, Razorfish and EuroRSCG. Most recently, Dean was a creative consultant with national and Chicago-based advertising and digital agencies. Handler was previously executive vice president, group account director at Deutsch New York where she spent the last three and a half years helping to manage and develop the agency's Microsoft business. Handler also led the Jagermeister account at the agency, a win for Deutsch at the end of 2013. Prior to joining Deutsch, she was a senior partner, executive marketing director at Ogilvy, where she worked as a member of the IBM Smarter Planet Brand leadership team.

    Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam tapped Blake Harrop as managing director. Harrop replaces Clay Mills who left the agency for a new position in the United Kingdom. Harrop joins from the agency's Tokyo office, where he spent the last four years running the agency. He is credited with growing the office and creating work for Nike, Facebook and Ben & Jerry's. Prior to W+K Tokyo, Harrop was a senior vice president at Digitas New York and worked client-side in Seoul as the global head of interactive marketing for Samsung. "Our Amsterdam office has always been a global powerhouse and Blake's DNA makes him the perfect fit for the office," said Dave Luhr, president and partner of W+K. "I don't know too many Managing Directors out there who have lived in every region of the world, speak five languages, have proven digital chops, is a Judo master and knows how to inspire creativity."
