    360i

    360i hired Karen Crane as executive director of creative talent, Javier Fuentes as creative director and Heather English as associate creative director. All are based in 360i's New York headquarters. Taking on a new role at the agency, Crane most recently served as talent and operations consultant at Karen Crane Consulting and partner at global executive search agency Grace Blue. Previously, she was director of creative services at Grey where she oversaw creative talent development, operations and training across the organization. Fuentes has worked at agencies including Leo Burnett, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, The Barbarian Group and The Vidal Partnership. English previously worked at Grey, predominantly on DIRECTV, where she helped take the business from a project to AOR relationship, and also produced campaigns for Ketel One and Captain Morgan. Prior to that, she held positions at Hanft Raboy & Partners and Merkley + Partners where she worked on Match.com UK, Ask.com, Duncan Hines and Arby's.

    Code and Theory hired Chris Hayes as partner and global chief marketing officer. Hayes joins Code and Theory from Critical Mass, where he served as chief marketing officer. For the past 20 years, he has led new business and marketing initiatives for agencies like Huge, Young & Rubicam and Euro RSCG 4D, the digital arm of Havas' Euro RSCG. "Chris will play a critical role in our plan to grow and scale the company on a global level," said Code and Theory co-founder Brandon Ralph. "He has an incredible track record in building businesses in the U.S. and abroad, and we're happy to have him on board as we take the company to the next level." Hayes will work out of Code and Theory's New York City office.

    M&C Saatchi Mobile promoted Will Phung to the newly created post of vice president of media. His key priorities will be exploring the newest mobile media offerings, getting involved in first-to-market opportunities as well as programmatic buying in the mobile space, and the growing paid mobile social sector. Phung will work out of the New York office and report to senior vice president, Eric Mugnier. Phung joined M&C Saatchi Mobile in 2013 as media director, where he managed all media for North America and supported account teams in driving performance across all campaigns. "Over the last year and half, Will has been instrumental in building our fantastic media team, delivering strong client campaigns and taking our media processes and practice capabilities beyond mobile, enabling us to deliver integrated campaigns through digital, social and programmatic channels," said Mugnier. Formed in 2006, M&C Saatchi Mobile now employs over 100 mobile specialists with offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, Singapore, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Sydney.

    Droga5 New York hired Rob Trostle as executive design director, a new role at the agency. Reporting to Chief Creative Officer Ted Royer, Trostle will oversee and grow the design department and its capabilities. Trostle has more than 15 years of rich design and leadership experience and worked for agencies such as Mother and Anomaly. Throughout his career, Trostle worked for clients like Cole Haan, Target, Johnson & Johnson and Mitchum. Most recently, he founded a personal venture, Golden Arm, to explore the relationship between business and design while cultivating powerful stories for forward-thinking brands. In addition, Trostle has been teaching advertising concepts and campaigns at Parsons The New School for Design for the past four years. "Given Droga5's breadth of work and innovative approach, I am greatly looking forward to leading the design department in continuing to deliver integrated, strategic and compelling creative work across all disciplines," said Trostle. "My hope is to help brands find business solutions and discover new opportunities through design and, ultimately, the campaigns we create."

    Moroch Partners hired Cody Bailey as director of digital and social strategy. Bailey will manage and lead the strategy for all digital platforms across the agency's network of more than 30 North American offices. Most recently, he served as senior vice president at ShareRocket, a social media ratings company, working on the ABC, NBC Sports, National Geographic, People's Choice Awards and Gannett accounts. He also led digital content and social media at Belo Corp. Bailey also worked at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, where he led the publication's transition into digital, as the director of innovation and product development. "The industry is at an interesting crossroads with the emergence of digital and mobile as the number one consumed source of media for consumers, especially among millennials," said Bailey. "So it's really an exciting time to be a part of an agency like Moroch, who not only has an impressive resume of building integrated brand experiences, both locally and nationally, with emerging technologies but who is also home to a team of some of the most talented individuals in the marketplace."
