  • Emily Sander

    360i hired Emily Sander as creative director in the agency's New York office. Most recently, she served as creative director at Havas and prior to that was creative director at Translation, where she oversaw work for State Farm, including the "Cliff Paul" campaign for the NBA. Sander also produced work for Corona, Negra Modelo, Skinny Cow, Macy's and Rozerem. She began her career at JWT in New York, where she developed campaigns for Smirnoff, Rolex, DeBeers and Partnership for a Drug Free America.

    Gyro London hired David Harris as executive creative director. Harris has held executive creative director roles at Wunderman (leading Microsoft's business-to-business work) and most recently FCB where he worked on Beiersdorf (Nivea, Eucerin and Elastoplast) and Mondelez (Oreo and Tuc). Harris was also instrumental in co-founding the integrated agency LIDA with M&C Saatchi. He successfully grew LIDA from two to 60 people, winning British Airways, RBS/NatWest, Garrard, Mandarin Oriental, MG Rover and Inland Revenue.     The Martin Agency hired James Robinson as executive creative director of the recently opened New York office. Most recently, Robinson served as co-chief creative officer of 215 McCann. While there, the won Pandora, Hulu, Annie's Homegrown and Workday while expanding its Xbox portfolio to include digital responsibilities for the brand. The Martin Agency and 215 McCann are both part of IPG's McCann Worldgroup. Ceraso, whose new title is managing director, chief creative officer, and McNamara, as managing director, replace Dorothy Gemmell, who served as president of Havas Life NY for two years. McNamara will be responsible for account services and strategy, while creative and creative operations will report to Ceraso.
