  • Christopher Kief
    360i
    Christopher Kief joined 360i as head of technology, reporting to Pierre Lipton, chief creative officer. Kief will oversee the agency's technology department and build out the 360i Innovation Lab that explores and invents new technology and media solutions for the agency and its clients. He joins 360i from Saatchi & Saatchi NY, where he most recently served as chief technology officer, working with clients such as P&G, General Mills and Walmart. Prior to that, Kief oversaw technical strategy and execution for TBWA\Worldwide, where he also led the agency's product development unit. "We're tremendously excited about Chris' arrival," said Lipton. "He shares our vision of bringing together diverse skills and technology upstream, to elevate what's creatively possible and drive better ways of doing business.     Gyro London hired Jake Dyer as head of strategy and media. Dyer will work alongside Kate Howe, managing director and David Harris, executive creative director of the London office. "With his track record, created in some of London's leading digital agencies -- including Agency.com, LBi and WeAreExperience -- Jake will be a key part of our growth plans over the next few years," said Howe.     Doner hired Marcus Collins as senior vice president, executive director of social engagement. Collins will lead the agency's social practice and report to Liz Boone, executive vice president, chief marketing officer, Doner. Most recently, Collins was executive director of social engagement at Translation in New York. While there, he developed and led the social engagement practice for the agency. Prior to that, Collins ran the Microsoft, GORE-TEX and Colgate Palmolive accounts at Big Fuel Communications. "We're thrilled to attract such a high-caliber talent like Marcus," said Boone. "With his experience and leadership, we'll better position our agency and our clients to live comfortably at the convergence of brands, media and culture, while furthering the development of our social practice and understanding of the art of social engagement."     FCB West added five to its creative department. Chris Parson joined the agency as copywriter. Previously, he worked on Target account at 72andSunny, along with Kardashian Kollection, Sears and Roberto Cavalli. Ursula Tran was named creative manager and previously worked at EVB, AKQA and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. Art director Drew Meiser and copywriter Frank Fusco, previously of Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, joined FCB West from Edelman Digital, where they won Gold and Silver Cannes Lions for the "Adobe Murder Mystery" campaign. The duo also worked on brands like Cisco, Frito-Lay and Comcast. Kelly McCullough, a creative director who worked with FCB West chief creative officer Karin Onsager-Birch on the Kayak.com account when they both worked at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, has been freelancing at FCB West since May and will start full-time in September. She most recently worked at Arnold in Boston on the Jack Daniel's, Carnival and Progressive accounts. "Chris, Ursula, Drew, Frank and Kelly grew up with the same high creative standards I was raised with and all bring energy to the work that we are anxious to employ," said Onsager-Birch. "But more than that, they look at things through a digital filter. They're savvy about popular culture and bring inventive social thinking that will make our work eminently more sharable."

Most recently a creative director and copywriter with JWT San Juan, Puerto Rico, Lorenzo led the agency's creative team and spent 14 years at the agency, working on brands like Ford, Unilever, Kraft, Nestle, Pepsi, Gatorade, Walgreens, AT&T, Diageo, Cadbury and Heineken. "Lixaida brings world-class creativity and leadership to Mistress," said Harris. "She's been awarded in categories from banking to beverages, and her attitude is as fresh as her work so she's a huge asset to the agency and our clients."
