  • Gwen Conley
    RPA
    RPA hired Gwen Conley as vice president, group media director. Conley will lead business on several agency accounts and report to Mike Margolin, senior vice president, director of audience strategy at RPA. She most recently served as group media director at Saatchi & Saatchi. While there, Conley led media planning for Toyota, where she was responsible for all paid media (broadcast, print, digital, in-market, search and social), including Toyota National, Dealer Association, Parts & Service, Fleet, Mobility and Certified Used Vehicles. Conley also worked for davidandgoliath, Team One and Campbell-Ewald in a variety of categories, including automotive, retail, tech and gaming. "Gwen will be a huge asset to our media team," said Margolin. "She will work on growing our media business and will contribute to the talent development and growth of our media group."

    Marty Senn was promoted to chief creative officer of Carmichael Lynch, up from executive creative director. Senn joined the agency in 2013, spearheading the agency's Jack Link's Protein Snacks, BJ's Restaurants and Sierra Trading Post accounts. He recently helped the agency secure the U.S. Bank business. Senn joined the agency from Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco. "Marty Senn has established himself as a creative leader of the highest order, garnering every manner of recognition here in the US and abroad," said Mike Lescarbeau, CEO of Carmichael Lynch. "In his relatively short time at Carmichael Lynch, he has forged highly productive relationships with key contributors from across our organization, and we look forward to the many ways he will help us grow."

    Eleven, Inc. hired Aaron Richard as director of innovation, a new position, and TJ Tshionyi as executive producer, digital. Richard will focus on bringing new communication channels, technologies and ideas to the agency and will report to Gary Stein, group director of marketplace insights at Eleven. Tshionyi will lead production initiatives across a range of the agency's accounts and report to Anastacia Maggioncalda, head of integrated production at the San Francisco-based agency. Prior to joining Eleven, Richard was a senior innovation strategist at Heat, where he spent several years working on strategic technology projects for Electronic Arts, AOL, Anheuser-Busch, Bank of the West, Levi's, Pure Storage and Dolby. Most recently, Tshionyi worked at ChapterSF on Silent Circle. Prior to that, Tshionyi spent time at McCann Erickson San Francisco working on Microsoft, and AKQA San Francisco where he worked on clients like Nike, Old Navy, Gap, Red Bull and Jordan Brand. "Aaron and TJ bring an outstanding amount of knowledge and talent to Eleven," said Courtney Beuchert, CEO of Eleven. Arnold plays a role in all agency accounts, which include the Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism, Saint Thomas Health, O'Charley's and the Frist Center for the Visual Arts. "Jon's creativity shines through every day, and his leadership is obvious when you consider the creative talent in every one of our brand villages. He has helped the agency attract employees from San Francisco to Austin to Raleigh, strengthening Nashville's reputation as a center for creative marketing," said Shari Day, CEO of Bohan.

    Innocean USA named Sanjay Rana as vice president, digital strategy. Rana will help oversee the agency's digital output and work to incorporate technology throughout Innocean's entire client roster. Rana will report to Frank Striefler, senior vice president of strategic planning at Innocean. Most recently, Rana was associate partner, strategic planning at Rosetta, where he specialized in helping clients, including Samsung, develop consumer relationship programs and implement strategic consumer-facing technologies. He also spent time at SS+K as vice president, group director of digital and social strategy where he helped lead the Pfizer "Get Old" campaign. "As Innocean continues to grow and evolve, we knew Sanjay was the right choice to increase our focus on building the best digital solutions for our clients," said Striefler. "Sanjay has impressed us with his knack for pushing the envelope to create better experiences and brings a fresh perspective on the intersection of strategy, experience and technology to the agency."
