Hughes is an Emmy-nominated creative who has worked at Wieden+Kennedy, Mother, B-Reel, R/GA and 72andSunny on MTV, Facebook, Jeep, Delta Air Lines, Cole Haan, Target and Esquire.

    Kinetic Worldwide named Christine Moore as global chief operations officer, a new position at the agency. Moore will manage operations, acquisitions, compliance and risk management, strategic partnerships, talent development, financial performance, processes and investments. She will report to Mauricio Sabogal, Kinetic's global CEO, and work in the agency's New York office. Most recently, Moore was chief operating officer of MDC Partners' KBS+, where she developed a global structure for all operational, financial, IT and HR functions. Prior to that, she served in a variety of senior level financial roles at McGarryBowen and Mediabrands. "I am thrilled to welcome Christine to Kinetic," said Sabogal.     Annie Heckenberger joined Digitas Health LifeBrands as vice president, group director, brand communications strategy. Heckenberger will lead and develop social media and content through earned and paid strategies, as well as drive social creative. She reports to Michael Leis, senior vice president, social strategy. She joins the agency from Red Tettemer O'Connell + Partners, where established its social practice in 2008. As the vice president, earned media, she led the social and PR practices for the agency and implemented creative brand campaigns. Prior to that, Heckenberger served as social media director for Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation. "Annie is truly one of Philadelphia's most sought after senior communications strategists, and it's an absolute delight that she has decided to continue her stellar career as a leader here at Digitas Health," said Leis. Most recently, Li was executive creative director at Wieden + Kennedy Shanghai. "Achilles is a phenomenal talent," said Norman.
