  • Kelly Graves

    FCB Chicago promoted Kelly Graves to chief marketing officer, a new position at the agency. She most recently served as executive vice president, group management director, leading clients like Kmart, Fiat Chrysler and BMO Harris. In her new role, Graves will be charged with identifying and developing new business opportunities and creating sustainable growth. Graves will report to Michael Fassnacht, president of FCB Chicago. "As our full service offering continues to evolve, there has never been a better time to coordinate all of our outward facing communication under one smart, strategic leader," said Fassnacht. "Kelly has a fundamental understanding of what clients want, what drives growth, how to win new clients and tell our agency story."
  • Bruno Bertelli

    Bruno Bertelli was promoted from executive creative director of Publicis Worldwide Western Europe, and CEO of Publicis Worldwide Italy, to the newly created position of global chief creative officer at Publicis Worldwide. He will report to Arthur Sadoun, CEO, Publicis Communications and will be part of the Publicis Communications creative board, chaired by Mark Tutssel. Bertelli will oversee work for clients including Heineken, Renault and Nestle. He was part of the team responsible for winning the Global Heineken account. Along with his new position, Bertelli will retain his role in Italy, alongside executive creative director Cristiana Boccassini. "Bruno is an exceptional creative leader who has the ability to inspire and the capacity to tackle major client challenges successfully," said Sadoun. "His commitment to lead the change and his outstanding global client work is testament to this and the business we are building."

    TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles tapped Erin Riley as president. She joins the agency from San Francisco-based Old Navy, where she served as vice president, marketing and brand engagement. She will report to Troy Ruhanen, president and CEO of TBWA\Worldwide. Prior to joining Old Navy in 2015, Riley was vice president, global marketing for Cole Haan, responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts, including brand strategy, creative development, media and content strategy, agency management, retail/wholesale marketing, social media, PR and direct response. Before that, she spent almost ten years at BBH New York, beginning in account management and eventually rising to lead the department. Riley began her career in advertising as an account executive on L'Oreal at McCann and D'Arcy. "I've been hoping to recruit Erin for the last five years, as she was one of the standout brand thinkers in the New York market," said Ruhanen. "I'm even more pleased to have her join now with her additional years of client experience."

    We Are Social named Stephanie Levy as director of content, a new position in the agency. Levy will lead the agency's US creative department, overseeing a team of designers and writers. She most recently worked for Clinique as director of creative for social media/online editorial content and before that she helped build out the social media team at Macy's. Levy also held similar positions at Jack Morton Worldwide, Geometry Global, HarperCollins Publishing and Situation Interactive. "In addition to her breadth of experience and track record, Stephanie perfectly mirrors our roll-your-sleeves-up and collaborative culture," said Rob FitzGerald, president of We Are Social.

    CP+B LA added Rob Palmer and Mike McCommon as creative directors on the Infiniti global account. Most recently, Palmer was chief marketing officer/chief operating officer at Fuhu, a technology company for kids and families. Prior to that, he was executive creative director at Razorfish. Before that, Palmer was a creative director at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, Wieden+Kennedy and BBDO, where he worked on clients like Nike, Coca-Cola, ESPN, Levis and eBay. McCommon joins the agency from Mutt Industries, a Portland-based agency which he co-founded nearly eight years ago. As executive creative director, he worked for clients like Nike, Ford, Mello Yello, Los Angeles Dodgers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Gerber Knives and Sony PlayStation. Before that, he was creative director at Wieden+Kennedy, Portland, working on Nike and Electronics Arts. "The CP+B LA office has some great momentum, most recently with the addition of the Infiniti global account," said Kevin Jones, chief creative officer, CP+B LA. "We feel very lucky to be able to tap such notable creative talents as Rob and Mike to help us out with such a high-profile account."
