  • David Paragamian
    Razorfish Health
    David Paragamian was named managing director for Razorfish Health, a division of Publicis Health. Paragamian will oversee Razorfish Health businesses across North America, including offices in New York and Philadelphia. He will report to Matt McNally, group president, Publicis Health. Paragamian began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble. He also worked as a product director at the McNeil unit of Johnson & Johnson, then spent five years at Roche in a series of marketing and sales management roles leading to the head of both marketing and sales for Roche Diagnostics US. Paragamian then moved to the agency side, leading several global healthcare agencies, including Havas Health, Euro RSCG Life LM&P and Huntsworth Health. "Dave's deep experience on both the client and agency sides of healthcare communications makes him the perfect leader to take Razorfish Health to the next level," said McNally. "I look forward to his contributions and leadership at Publicis Health."

    Eleven, a San Francisco-based agency, hired Orit Peleg as director of brand planning. Peleg will work across the all accounts with a particular focus on Dignity Health and new business. Most recently, she was group planning director at Venables Bell & Partners in San Francisco. Before that, she held roles at TBWA\Chiat\Day and Ogilvy. Peleg has worked on global brands such as Audi, Johnson & Johnson, Pepsi, Duracell and Milka. She also worked on both the agency and client side for Coca-Cola. "Strategy is about acting upon a brand's values and being able to push the boundaries of what's comfortable to create deeper meaning in people's lives," said Peleg.     Ogilvy and Mather named Colin Drummond as head of planning in the New York office, charged with overseeing brand strategy. He will report to Colin Mitchell, worldwide head of planning. This is Drummond's second stint at Ogilvy & Mather. Previously, he served as chief strategy officer of Ogilvy & Mather in Los Angeles, leading strategic planning and positioning on American Express, Cisco, Beringer and ARCO. He also held strategy positions at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Mullen and AKQA. Most recently, Drummond was partner and chief strategy officer of Deutsch LA, overseeing the agency's planning and strategy group and working with clients like Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Volkswagen, Target and Dr Pepper Snapple Group. "Colin Drummond is one of the most respected names in the Planning world," said Mitchell. "He has led strategy on many definitive brand campaigns over the last decade and has also trained a cadre of planners who now populate some of the best agency departments in the world. We're delighted to have him back where he belongs."

He replaces Eric Dean, who left the advertising industry to become a ranch owner in Joshua Tree National Park. Ricque's team won a Grand Prix for "Take it From a Fish" for Astrazeneca, as well as a Silver and a Bronze for its related films at the 2015 Cannes Lions. "He's not only a genuine talent, he's also one of the most genuine people I know.
