Mike Long joins the agency as group creative director. He will report to chief creative officer Karin Onsager-Birch, working across the agency's client roster. Long previously worked as creative director at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, where he led the Comcast/XFINITY account. Prior to that, he worked at Droga5, developing and directing digital content for Airwick, Motorola, Quilted Northern, Diet Coke, Johnsonville and JC Penney's.
Arlene Bae joined FCB West as senior vice president, group management director, and will serve as lead across the Levi's and Ghirardelli accounts. Bae has more than 20 years of agency experience leading client management for global brands including The North Face, Microsoft, adidas, Google, Netflix, Banana Republic, GM and Unilever. Prior to FCB, she worked at agencies such as R/GA, Blast Radius, Carat, Euro RSCG and Leo Burnett.
Lastly is Sara Wallace, who was named vice president, account director, tasked with leading FCB West's roster of Clorox brands. Wallace joins FCB from Leo Burnett London, where she served as global brand account director, working on brands across P&G and Kellogg's.

Prior to joining Doner LA, Gaboriau was vice president, executive creative director at CP+B in Los Angeles, where he grew the agency from a small production outpost with one client to a fully integrated agency with more than 100 employees and clients such as Paddy Power, Turkish Airlines and NBA 2K.
Prior to that, he was founding partner/executive creative director at Amalgamated, an agency he helped start, grow and run for ten years.
In his new role, Bunarek will partner with Robin Fitzgerald, chief creative officer, to oversee the 200+ person shop. The changes follow the departure of Drew Panayiotou, president and CEO of BBDO Atlanta, who is leaving the agency for a role with Chick-fil-A in Atlanta.

Obendorfer has worked extensively with ad agencies, managing PR at Deloitte Digital-acquired HEAT as the creative agency's director of communications, and has handled PR programs for SapientNitro, 360i and social agency Banyan Branch. Prior to joining True, she was at NYC-based firm DKC.
She has also worked with start-ups in the digital advertising industry as well as developing communications programs for industry leaders such as Hearst, Medium and Outbrain. Many of the companies Obendorfer has worked with over the course of her career have been acquired, including Wildfire (acquired by Google), Bizo (acquired by LinkedIn), and Heat (acquired by Deloitte Digital).
Obendorfer was part of the management committee for Singlespeed Cyclocross World Championships (SSCXWC) in San Francisco 2011 and Los Angeles 2012, managing public relations and social media communications for both events.

Lange joins the branding and design firm after serving as
cofounder of Monaco Lange, an independent brand engagement consultancy focused on brand strategy and employee engagement for Fortune 500 companies. Over his career, the industry veteran has worked on
both the client and agency sides at IXL, Cox Interactive Media, and Ogilvy & Mather.
