  • Lindsey Warner, Katie Gonzalez, Jared Heatley and Morgan Gozdecki
    Young & Laramore
    Indianapolis-based Young & Laramore expanded the digital team within EchoPoint, its in-house media division. The agency hired Lindsey Warner as digital director, Katie Gonzalez and Jared Heatley as digital planner/buyers and Morgan Gozdecki as assistant media buyer.

    Before joining Y&L, Warner worked at Geometry Global where she worked with major clients such as General Mills and Qualcom Technologies. At EchoPoint Media, Warner will report to Terri Reilly, president of EcoPoint, and work with clients including Brizo, Trane, American Standard and Hillman.

    Gonzalez will be working with Farm Bureau Insurance and YMCA. She will report to Warner. Prior to joining the agency, she worked at Starcom on the Wrigley account.

    Heatley will be working on Ball State University and also report to Warner. Previously, Heatley worked at Geometry Global on The UPS Store and PGA tour.

    Gozdecki, reporting to Warner, will be working on Brizo, Trane, American Standard, Hillman, Pet Supplies Plus and Schlage. Most recently, she worked at Mediavest/Spark on the Taco Bell account.

  • Marcus Fischer
    Carmichael Lynch
    Carmichael Lynch promoted Marcus Fischer from president to CEO, the fourth in the agency's 55-year history. Fischer rejoined Carmichael Lynch as president in 2013. Prior to that, Fischer spent four years at Space150. He has also worked at One and All, Fallon, and a previous stint at Carmichael Lynch.

    Throughout his career, Fischer has worked on brands like Subaru, U.S. Bank, Harley-Davidson, BMW, Target, Porsche, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dairy Queen, Starbucks, Nordstrom and Purina Dog Chow.

  • Juan Javier Pena Plaza and Ricardo Casal
    DAVID Miami
    DAVID Miami promoted copywriter Juan Javier Peña Plaza and art director Ricardo Casal to associate creative directors. The pair joined DAVID Buenos Aires in 2012.

    Both have been a part of the agency's award-winning campaigns, including the "#ManBoobs4Boobs" campaign for MACMA. Most recently, they worked on the Heinz "Pass the Heinz" campaign, which brought "Mad Men's" Don Draper's pitch to life.

  • Manir Fadel
    Red Fuse
    WPP is moving Manir Fadel from J. Walter Thompson to sister agency Red Fuse as its new executive creative director across EMEA. Red Fuse is WPP's full-service integrated agency set up in 2012 to serve all of Colgate-Palmolive's brands worldwide.

    In his new role, Fadel will oversee all of WPP's creative output for Colgate-Palmolive across Europe, Eurasia, Middle East, and Africa, a region that covers more than 130 countries and two billion people.

    Based in Red Fuse's regional headquarters in Paris, Fadel will report to Jason Oke, regional managing director EMEA and will join Red Fuse EMEA's management team. He will also join WPP's Y&R EMEA Creative Council, which is led by Y&R's regional CCO Jaime Mandelbaum.

    Fadel is an veteran of consumer products brands, having previously served as global ECD for Unilever's Sunsilk brand. Originally from Brazil, he spent 11 years at Brazilian creative agency Lew'Lara\TBWA, where he ultimately became CCO and partner. Fadel began his career as a copywriter with stints at DM9DDB and Ogilvy in Sao Paolo.

  • Sarah Romero
    G7 Entertainment Marketing
    G7 Entertainment Marketing, part of Project Worldwide, hired Sarah Romero as director of brand partnerships and strategy, a new position. Romero will work on new business development and report to Andre Gaccetta, CEO of G7. She will also work closely with other agencies in the Project Worldwide network to increase collaborations in the entertainment arena.

    Romero most recently served as senior manager, partnership marketing at Big Machine Label Group, home to artists like Rascal Flatts, Brantley Gilbert, Florida Georgia Line, Justin Moore, Thomas Rhett and Reba McEntire. Prior to that, she worked at Warner Bros. Records and the Country Music Association with brands including Anheuser-Busch, Ford and Delta.

    "Sarah's decade of entertainment-marketing experience in brand partnerships will increase the playing field for G7 moving forward," said Gaccetta. "We're thrilled to have such an ardent music fan and industry leader joining our team."

    Current G7 clients include Ram Trucks, Cisco, Salesforce, Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, and Harley-Davidson.
