James is Account Director on Macy's, managing strategic and creative development in support of Macy's key three selling seasons:  Spring, Fall and Holiday.  James and his team have produced some of the most innovative programs in retail marketing including Macy's Backstage Pass; the use of live streaming video to promote Fashion's Night Out and the launch of Taylor Swift's new fragrance; the  celebrated branded-entertainment Christmas classic,“Yes, Virginia"; and the use of augmented reality in support of Holiday 2011.
