Efficiency and making more out of less will be the marketers' mantra orders in 2023. Once again, email will be called upon as the most affordable and accountable way for brands to stoke growth and deepen relationships with consumers. But will buzz-worthy "solutions" like AI-powered targeting and content creation, data consolidation into CDPs, and more integrated martech stacks address the challenges of the moment? And how do time and staff strapped email marketers respond to tighter times, increased pressure to perform and constrained budgets?
The spring edition of MediaPost's legendary EIS brings the leading magicians of messaging together to solve for 2023. Is AI all that? Case Study: No Email Is An Island: Full Funnel Messaging
How is email increasingly integrated into a larger conversation with customers new and old across not only text and app but social, website and advertising?
We often look at email on a campaign basis, but building a reputation with customers is the key to long-term success in email. How are brands using analytics to balance short-term vs long-term returns from this delicate channel?
Panel: Chat GPT Is That You?: AI and the Future of Email Content
Despite press hysteria (and your CMO's musings) Chat GPT is not going to replace half of your Email department anytime soon. But AI intersects with messaging content in a range of ways, and no doubt can streamline productivity and personalization. Case Study: Enterprise Digital Transformation: Be Influential, Tenacious and Patient
Every organization is now a tech organization; every industry has been disrupted. How can you be a digital change agent in your organization, no matter your level or tech budget? Scott will share principles and life hacks to encourage you in a balanced people, process, platform and performance approach. It takes all of one’s influence, tenacity and patience, but digital transformation is worth it for your career and your organization.
We cap EIS on an inspirational note. We ask a small crew of brands to share their most creative uses of the inbox. What made users' inbox pop? What were some of the most attention-grabbing, heartwarming, brand-enriching, conversion-driving, and just plain fun executions in the last year?
Join fellow Summit-ers aboard the Star & Stripes sailboat as you take in the amazing beauty of the area with a refreshing beverage in tow - and keep your eyes peeled for wildlife in the area such as the Atlantic bottlenose dolphin, osprey fish hawk, American bald eagle, great blue heron, West Indian manatee and more! A great way to get outdoors, take in the beauty of the Hilton Head area and network with new friends and old.
Golf at Palmetto Dunes - Oceanfront course
Palmetto Dunes sports one of only two oceanfront holes on Hilton Head Island. It is widely renowned for its open, inviting layout and challenging yet fair play. It is the most open of the three and breezes roll off the Atlantic Ocean to constantly affect play. Ranked one of Golfweek’s “Best Resort Courses” this course appeals to novices and experienced players alike.
Hilton Head Beach games & Hang-out
Enjoy some calculated "down-time" with fellow Summit attendees at our Beach hang-out for the afternoon. Refreshing drinks mixed with some fun beach games will make for great networking and conversation.
Chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas are complimentary for Omni guests, so be sure to check in at the Beach shack on the right side of the property as you walk out to the beach to get yours, if desired. Enjoy meeting new friends and old in the perfect afternoon activity!
Golf at Palmetto Dunes - Arthur Hills course
Arthur Hills is another architect who is rightly praised for his work on Hilton Head Island. The Arthur Hills Golf Course at Palmetto Dunes is one of the most unique layouts within the entire state and has been included in the ‘Top 30 Best Courses You Can Play in South Carolina’.
Accuracy and precision will reign over distance, and this is best demonstrated by the fact that ten holes feature water hazards. It is difficult to find a more creative layout throughout the island and provides a formidable test for even the best golfers.
The calm, 11-mile lagoon at Palmetto Dunes is perfect for kayaking or canoeing. The lagoon is stocked full of fish and is home to an abundant variety of native wildlife. An amazing way to explore the area's ecosystem and log some quality time with fellow Summiters... oh, and get a little exercise too! A GREAT outing!
Try some of the best island fishing on Hilton Head in the flat, calm waters of the Palmetto Dunes Resort lagoon system. A nursery to a variety of saltwater fish species, this lagoon system holds giant redfish, trout, bluefish, black drum, flounder, and even tarpon. Led by an expert area guide the boat can accommodate up to three adult anglers. Bragging rights will abound at the cocktail reception and dinner later that night - this is for certain!
Pool Cabana hang-out
Relax in style at the outdoor pool with the scenic Atlantic Ocean as your backdrop at Omni Hilton Head resort. A great way to get some downtime with Summit friends old and new, while enjoying beautiful sunshine and of course some cold, refreshing drinks from the pool bar!
