About the Role

Adspace is looking for a vibrant & creative sales Marketing & Research Associate to join our NYC team. The Adspace Marketing team creates & cultivates our organization’s B2B ad-sales marketing efforts, from incubation to implementation & tracking. The Marketing team supports all Sales efforts to strategically position Adspace within the media buying community.

This is a fabulous opportunity to assist with the day-to-day execution of the basic marketing functions within our organization. As a Marketing & Research Associate, you'll work hard, but you'll also learn a tremendous amount about the ins and outs of B2B marketing, and get to experience the rewards and challenges of working as part of a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial team. This position reports to the SVP, Marketing.

In This Role You Will

  • Respond to marketing & sales team day-to-day requests
  • Develop & distribute sales-marketing collateral including presentation decks, one-sheets, etc.
  • Assist with sales proposal creation
  • Collaborate with Head of Research on strategy & market research analysis
  • Assist in the creation & execution of e-mail marketing campaigns
  • Assist with conception & placement of trade advertising campaigns
  • Assist with tracking & measurement of department analytics to help establish success metrics
  • Assist with industry events including coordination, organization & implementation
  • Support PR efforts including story creation & copywriting
  • Manage & further develop social media strategy
  • Support other marketing efforts as needed

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience
  • 1 year of experience in the digital video or programmatic sector required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or other business related fields

  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a group
  • Exceptional oral & written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail & excellent organizational/time management skills
  • Critical thinker & resourceful problem solver
  • Team player who can easily adapt to fast-paced, changing environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with conducting & analyzing market research
  • Experience with SalesForce & Pardot
  • Sense of humor
