About the Position

Open Road Integrated Media is looking to expand our digital marketing team with an entrepreneurial Audience Monetization Manager, who is driven, energetic, resourceful and focused on growth marketing. This role will report to the Vice President, Content Strategy and collaborate with cross-departmental teams in executing a monetization strategy around our audiences.

The job will also entail monetizing social channels, marketing our proprietary subscription products, analyzing data, working with partners, and supporting the day-to-day needs of Open Road’s multi-platform marketing efforts. The Audience Monetization Manager will play an integral role in driving revenue growth, as well as customer acquisition and engagement. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy to best monetize our audiences on all content websites and social channels.
  • Use Google Analytics to track sales and traffic, using proper tagging.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Manage monthly marketing budget & optimize spend based on business objectives.
  • Develop a strategy for monetizing social, specifically marketing Open Road’s book catalog and website-owned subscription products.
  • Source and identify social media influencers for activations and brand partnerships to drive product sales.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  • Collaborate with content and data marketing teams to help meet monthly and yearly budget goals.
  • Plan contests and ongoing motivation to strengthen relationships with influencers and social partners.
  • Track & synthesize ongoing trends in social media marketing to ensure we are best in class.
  • Lead projects and scope launches of new influencer tools or opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a product sales and/or marketing role.
  • Revenue-growth mindset: someone who can put the right product in front of the right audience on the right platform.
  • Proven ability to engage, connect, and market to an audience across multiple channels.
  • Ability to interpret analytics, communicate results, and formulate strategy.
  • A specific point of view on how you would drive revenue growth growth through social media and websites.
  • An individual who can move quickly with ideas, continuing to test and iterate to drive results.
  • Possess an energetic, outgoing, can-do attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
