    Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits has selected Cramer-Krasselt, Chicago as its national creative agency of record. The agency will begin working to develop TV and radio commercial support for Popeyes products slated for the first quarter of 2004. The agency will also develop a new campaign that will be unveiled early next year.

    E-Trade has chosen Martin/Williams, Minneapolis, as its agency of record. The agency beat out BBDO Worldwide, New York; Colby & Partners, Santa Monica, Calif.; Publicis Seattle and New York; and McKinney & Silver, Raleigh, N.C. for the account.

    Siebel has awarded its $20 million advertising account to Venables, Bell & Partners, San Francisco. San Francisco-based agencies DDB Worldwide, Godfrey Q & Partners, Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners West, and Gardner, Geary, Coll, participated in the review.
