    The World Trade Center Memorial Foundation has selected Agency.com to drive the Foundation's online marketing strategy. Agency.com will work in conjunction with TBWA/Chiat/Day and develop the interactive component of the national outreach campaign. Both agencies are working pro bono on the account.

    The Los Angeles Dodgers has chosen Young & Rubicam Brands Irvine as its marketing agency of record following a review. The agency is responsible for strategic and creative thinking across multiple marketing platforms. The ongoing assignment includes Los Angeles Dodgers brand advertising, including TV, radio, and print.

    Spacedog has been named interactive agency of record for Carl's Jr. and Hardee's restaurant brands. Spacedog will now handle all database marketing, creative, web development, viral marketing programs, strategic partnerships, emerging technologies and rich-media banner development for the two brands. Spending was not released.

    kirshenbaum bond + partners has been named agency of record for Cranium, creator of games, toys and books. The agency will handle strategic development and execution, television and print components, and media planning and buying. The account is estimated at $10 million.
