    Merck tapped a team of IPG agencies, consisting of Initiative and Draftfcb, among others, to handle its consolidates media planning and buying account, valued at $600 million.
  • Coty
    OMD
    OMD has retained U.S. media planning and buying duties for Coty. The agency bested MPG and Maxus for the win.
  • Smucker
    Carat
    Smucker tapped Carat to handle media planning and buying duties on its $125 million advertising account.
  • CBS Films
    MediaVest
    MediaVest was awarded media planning and buying chores for CBS Films, without a review. MPG previously handled the account.
  • Church's Chicken
    In review
    Church's Chicken placed creative chores on it $27 million advertising account in review. The Cartel Group presently handles the work.
  • Iberostar
    Initiative
    Initiative won the global media planning and buying account for hotels and resorts company Iberostar. Coordinated by Initiative Spain, the global account will cover markets including: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK and USA. Initiative will manage research and insight, communications planning, offline and online planning and buying, metrics and evaluation.

    Y&R Chicago was named agency of record for Einstein Bros. Bagels. The agency will handle creative, digital and media duties.

    WhittmanHart Interactive was named digital agency of record for Frederick's of Hollywood.
  • Huntington National Bank
    Arnold Worldwide
    Arnold Worldwide was tapped to handle traditional advertising duties for Huntington National Bank, and it parent, Huntington Bancshares Incorporated. Arnold's sister agency, MPG, will assume media planning and buying for the bank.
