    Burrell Communications
    Comcast selected Burrell Communications as agency of record for its African-American consumer market advertising. The Chicago-based agency will provide advertising and media services to help Comcast reach African-American consumers, and also support Comcast's digital and social media efforts.
  • Century 21
    The Concept Farm
    Century 21 Department Stores named The Concept Farm its agency of record, following a review managed by New York-based consultants AAR Partners. The agency will develop a campaign for traditional and non-traditional media including print, television, radio, outdoor, digital, and social media channels. U.S. International Media will handle broadcast buying duties.

    AKQA
    Autodesk appointed AKQA to be its media agency of record responsible for planning, buying, implementing and reporting on all US activity and global management/coordination of EMEA and APAC campaigns.
  • Hasbro
    Initiative
    Hasbro awarded Initiative its media account, estimated at $175 million. MediaCom previously handled the work.
  • Bombardier Recreational Products
    Cramer-Krasselt
    Bombardier Recreational Products awarded the social media assignments for its Can-Am and Evinrude brands to the Milwaukee office of Cramer-Krasselt, following two separate reviews. C-K has served as BRP's advertising agency of record since 2000, handling advertising for Can-Am and Evinrude as well as Ski-Doo and Sea-Doo. The agency will additionally handle social media responsibilities for the Can-Am and Evninrude brands, including community management, digital content development and enhancing the brands' overall social network presence. A specific focus will be to connect with enthusiasts in each category.
  • Nestle Jamba Energy
    Smith Brothers Agency
    Smith Brothers Agency was named agency of record for Nestlé Jamba Energy Drink. Jamba Energy, a new line of all natural energy drinks, enlisted Smith Brothers to introduce the product to the Northeast this spring, via traditional and online creative that includes television, outdoor, display, PR and social media initiatives.
  • Wise Foods
    Brunner
    After a three-month review, Wise Foods selected Brunner to handle its digital services, including Web site redesign and social media work, expected to launch during the second quarter of 2011.

    Cactus
    iDE, a company that creates sustainable income opportunities for farmers in poor rural communities around the globe, has hired Cactus to increase awareness and support for the organization.
