TargetCast Taps Millward Brown's Sedlarcik As Head Of Insights, Analytics

Fast-growing independent media services shop TargetCast tcm Monday named Peter Sedlarcik senior vice president-director of insights and analytics. Sedlarcik joins the agency from WPP research unit Millward Brown North America, where he was vice president-media consulting. Before that, he was senior vice president-research consultancy at MPG USA.
