If you are used to watching Viacom Inc. CBS Network's hit television show "Survivor" Thursday nights you might be a little upset. That is because the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) men's basketball tournament is kicking "Survivor" off Thursday nights and moving the show to Wednesday's for the first two weeks of the dance. "Some people are going to be mad as hell when they turn on the TV Thursday night and see college basketball," said CBS studio analyst Greg Gumbel. "People are going top turn it on, they'll see my face and they'll call CBS. I get a number of complaints anyway, but now I'm sure all these people will be on my voice mail asking where is "Survivor." "Survivor" is the hit reality based television show that has an average of 17.2 million viewers per Thursday and is usually is ##1 in the Nielsen Media Research television ratings each week. The show has helped revive CBS's sagging Nielsen ratings. On the show non-actors compete for a $1 million purse. "I don't anticipate we'll see any decline at all," said a CBS spokesperson. "Survivor viewers are a very dedicated group."
