Media Storm Creates New Management Tier

  • March 4, 2009
Interactive media agency Media Storm on Tuesday announced the creation of a new management tier by increasing the roles of five of its senior executives.

Five of the agency's senior executives were promoted to managing director and will continue to report directly to Media Storm's co-founders and managing partners, Craig Woerz and Tim Williams.

"When Tim and I formed the company nearly a decade ago, we envisioned a day when we would have the need to share the daily responsibilities associated with managing the company and servicing our clients," said Woerz. "That time is now."

Effective immediately, Jenine Kelly, Chad Urice, Jamie Melecio, Marc Klatzko and Gregg Rothberg have all been promoted to the position of managing director. As part of the deal, said Woerz, the existing team will now be "pursuing new creative avenues of revenue generation."

Founded in 2001, and based in South Norwalk, CT and New York City, the agency's client list includes FX, Food Network, Fox, NBC Universal, Showtime and 20th Century Fox.--Gavin O'Malley
