Emmy-winning television creator/producer Lisa-Renee Ramirez was named executive vice president and executive producer of the new 24-hour HD television network, Pets.TV. She will run all aspects of
production at the net, which is launching on the Verizon FiOS TV network--now carried in 1.9 million homes. Ramirez recently spent six years with KCBS-TV, where she executive-produced live red-carpet
and countdown specials for the Grammy Awards, Latin Grammy Awards and Emmy Awards. Prior to her tenure with KCBS-TV, Ramirez spent a decade with Los Angeles television station KABC.
