There is one less news organization keeping an eye on Washington. Media General News Service Bureau in D.C. and its associated Web site, mgwashington.com, will close March 27. Six bureau journalists
will be laid off. The Washington bureau has provided news and feature stories to all of Media General's newspapers, TV stations and Web sites for 30 years.
