Spike Greenlights 'Blue Mountain State'

Spike TV has greenlit 13 episodes of the scripted half-hour comedy series "Blue Mountain State." The show targets the network's young male audience, with the 13-part series focusing on football, partying, women and hazing. "Blue Mountain" debuts this summer. Executive produced by Brian Robbins ("Smallville") and Sharla Sumpter-Bridgett and co-executive-produced by Chris Romano and Eric Falconer ("The Sarah Silverman Program," "Always Sunny In Philadelphia"), "Blue Mountain State" follows three incoming freshmen attending college football powerhouse, Blue Mountain State University.
