Harley-Davidson Changes Riders

Milwaukee-based Harley-Davidson has named Keith E. Wandell president and CEO, succeeding James L. Ziemer, who is retiring. Wandell is currently president and COO of Milwaukee-based Johnson Controls, an automobile supplier. Wandell begins at Harley on May 1.

Also, Matthew S. Levatich, president and managing director of Italian motorcycle company MV Agusta, will become president and COO at Harley. MV Agusta was acquired by Harley-Davidson last year. Levatich, a 15-year Harley vet, was sent to kick-start the smaller company.

James A. McCaslin will be EVP for corporate product planning, reporting to the CEO. Enrico D'Onofrio will be managing director of MV Agusta.--Karl Greenberg
