MatchLogic and HotSocket have announced strategic agreements that bring together the companies' core customer acquisition capabilities to optimize the results of online customer acquisition programs. MatchLogic will utilize HotSocket's SMART (Sales-driver Measurement Analyzed in Real-Time) marketing optimization platform to expand its current customer acquisition offerings and help enhance client campaign efficiency. In turn, HotSocket will employ Excite@Home's media reach, MatchLogic's targeted ad serving expertise and customer acquisition products to enhance the power of HotSocket's SMART optimization engine and help increase its precision.

HotSocket will use Excite@Home's ad placements as well as MatchLogic's DeliverE(TM) email program, targeted ad serving expertise and campaign management services to drive highly targeted prospect traffic to its SMART marketing optimization engine in order to further enhance its performance. MatchLogic will use HotSocket's SMART technology to develop, analyze, and optimize online customer acquisition campaigns in real time to help achieve clients' transactional goals and campaign results.
