Starcom USA has promoted Rob Davis, Kelly Twohig and Kif Ward to executive vice president. Rob Davis will become EVP/group director overseeing the agency's Allstate account, Starcom's Disney Parks
and Applebee's strategy teams. Kelly Twohig is now EVP/digital activation director, charged with the agency's digital product, talent and media partner relationships. Kif Ward, as EVP/group client
leader, has responsibilities across 10 Starcom clients, including Hanesbrands Inc., Bally Total Fitness, Crayola, Beam Global and US Cellular.
