TGI Friday's has tapped Publicis to handle creative and media duties on its estimated $90 million ad account after a review, reports Adweek
. Publicis succeeds Interpublic Group's Deutsch/LA,
which did not defend. Deutsch had the account since 2003. Per Nielsen, major media spend on the brand in 2008 was $87 million. In 2007, it was $98 million.
