Hamer was most recently managing director of OakView Strategic Advisors. He has been SVP of strategic marketing for Sony BMG Music, where he oversaw a co-branded marketing programs for Nike, Mountain Dew and Victoria's Secret. He also led marketing and advertising for Cadillac during the division's reboot with the launch of the first-generation CTS that included the music of Led Zeppelin.
