CPB Interns Get Shiny New Bikes

  • May 27, 2009
The Crispin Porter + Bogusky Intern Auction came to a close Wednesday with a little known manufacturer of electric motorcycles winning the auction with a bid of $17,655 (which the 40 interns will split). The cycle makers, Brammo, makes the sleek $15,000 Enertia, an electric motorcycle aimed at the environmentally conscious early adopter. The Enertia has been twice featured in the pages of Wired for its technical innovation.

Bramma should feel right at home with CPB's junior league. Nestled between CPB-client Buell and the Bogusky-led B-cycle municipal bike sharing program (modeled on Paris' Velib program and teaming Trek and Humana) Brammo is a natural fit for the agency.

Brammo is pumped to have the resources of the CP+B intern crew working on our brand. To clarify, the Brammo Enertia electric plug-in motorcycle is priced at $11,995 LESS the 10% government credit for clean emissions vehicles = $10,795.50
