Paxson Communications Corporation announced today that it has entered into a Joint Sales Agreement (JSA) with an NBC-affiliated station in San Antonio owned by United Television, Inc. Under the
agreement, United Television's KMOL-TV, Channel 4, serving San Antonio, will provide sales and sales marketing infrastructure for the San Antonio PAX TV station, KPXL-TV, Channel 26. Additionally,
KMOL-TV will provide re-purposed local newscasts for KPXL-TV.
This latest agreement with United Television's NBC affiliate in the nation's 38th largest market brings PAX to a total of 34 JSAs, 13
of which are in the top 20 markets (65%) and 20 that fall within the top 40 markets (50%).
