Now In 50 States: Walgreens Takes On Wasilla

Now that Sarah Palin is resigning her post as Alaska's governor, she can spend more time shopping for lipstick: Walgreens has opened a new store in Palin's hometown of Wasilla.

It is the company's first store in the state and is also Alaska's first 24-hour pharmacy, and it means the chain now operates in all 50 states. The Deerfield, Ill.-based company says two additional stores are slated for an August opening in Anchorage.--Sarah Mahoney
