The Fox "Family Guy" spinoff "The Cleveland Show" drew the best 18-49 numbers for any new scripted series thus far this fall, averaging a 4.9 adults 18-49 rating, according to Nielsen overnights. That
rating beat the premieres of ABC's "Cougar Town" and CBS's "NCIS: Los Angeles," which had tied at 4.4 each.
