ThinkTank Advertising has been selected by Federal Realty Investment Trust of Maryland to produce a high fashion magazine publication for it's newest retail venture, Santana Row. Santana Row is a
unique mixed use neighborhood being developed by Federal Realty. Street retail combining national upscale stores, unique boutiques and restaurants will be complimented by a mixture of residential
rental units from urban lofts to luxury townhouses. All of this, along with a boutique hotel, neighborhood parks and other amenities will combine to make Santana Row, the heart of Silicon Valley, a
live/shop/work/play environment unrivaled around the world.
The publication will highlight all aspects of Santana Row's features, information about Silicon Valley and its corporate culture, and
include ads from confirmed Santana Row merchants like Tod's, Acqua di Parma, Hogan, and Crate and Barrel Flagship store. The first issue is due out this month.
