Cheseaux, Switzerland-based Kudelski Group this morning made a tender offer to acquire San Francisco-based digital TV software developer OpenTV Corp. The offer, which values OpenTV at $215 million,
represents a 17% premium over the closing price of OpenTV's shares on Friday.
